Henke Files For HD71 Seat

Republican Katie Henke today filed as a candidate in the House District 71 race.

She said, “As a 5th generation Oklahoman, I understand the importance of building the Oklahoma economy. My great great grandfather, L.H. Rooney chartered the first company in the State of Oklahoma. As a teacher for over seven years, I also know the value of a quality education. We must encourage the best for our children and set them on the path to success, which will help us build a stronger Oklahoma."
Henke is a teacher at Riverfield School in Tulsa. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Alabama, and a 1999 graduate of Cascia Hall Preparatory School. She and her husband Frazier reside in Tulsa.
