Election Board Gives Tulsa Candidate The Boot

The State Election Board has given Jacqualyn Moss of Tulsa the boot.

The Board found that Moss, who registered for the House District 71 election as a Republican, hasn't lived in the district long enough. Also, she's actually is a registered Democrat.

GOP candidate Katie Henke and the Tulsa County Republican Party had protested her filing.

There are now five Republicans and two Democrats in the race for the seat.
