Noted Quote: Obama's 'Air raid siren at dawn'

Public polling is beginning to tell this same story (President Obama's approval ratings are falling). Everyone knows Obama’s job approval ratings have dipped into the 30s among the entire electorate. But within Obama’s overall dip in job approval ratings is a sudden decline in how black voters judge his performance. Only five months ago, 83 percent of black voters said they “strongly favored” Obama. Recently that number fell to 58 percent. For Obama, that’s more than alarming.
