McAffrey Says He'll Seek SD46 Seat

Rep. Al McAffrey is the first Democrat to announce he'll seek the Senate District 46 opening being created when Senate Minority Leader Andrew Rice resigns in January.

McAffrey, elected to the House in 2006, represents a large portion of the Senate district.
