2.9 Quake Shakes Midwest City

A 2.9 earthquake shook Midwest City at 12:51 a.m. today, the Oklahoma Geological Survey reports.

At TMRO headquarters, building shaking was obvious and was accompanied by a loud noise.

The OGS reported the epicenter of the quake as a few blocks east of the intersection of Reno and Air Depot in a residential area.
