Wilson: GOP 'Possibles' Running Out Of Time

Oklahoma pollster and consultant Chris Wilson says the time for possible Republican candidates for president is now if they are to have viable campaigns.

Wilson, interviewed this morning by Reid Mullins on KTOK, explained that organizing in many states is a huge undertaking that takes time. 

He added that most of the national campaign experts are already engaged by those now in the race, so expertise may be hard to come by for newcomers.

Wilson said his firm is polling for Texas Governor Rick Perry's political action committee and he has seen no dramatic drop-off in Perry support despite numerous suggestions that Perry's campaign has cratered. He said he sees polling data on a daily basis from various states.
