Chuck Ervin Dies In McAlester

Word from McAlester today that the Tulsa World's former Capitol Correspondent, Chuck Ervin, has died in McAlester.

Ervin moved back to his hometown after retiring from the newspaper.

He had experienced health problems in recent years, friends said, and was being treated at the time of his death.
