Ersland Poll: 54% For Clemency, 46% Opposed

Fifty-four percent of the few (69) readers who have voted thus far in our totally unscientific poll of the Jerome Ersland case favor clemency for the pharmacist convicted of murder, but 46 percent do not.

Twenty-five percent favor a full pardon, the action his advocates are asking Governor Fallin to take.

What action should be taken in the Jerome Erstland case?
A full pardon 25% 17
Life sentence reduced to time served 29% 20
Nothing 28% 19
