Military Reprimanded Ersland For Drug Possession

By Nolan Clay/The Oklahoman ~ Pharmacist Jerome Jay Ersland was reprimanded while in the military for “wrongful and unlawful possession of the drug Ketamine,” according to a presentence report in his murder case.

Ersland, 59, served as a pharmacist in the U.S. Army and then in the U.S Air Force. The reprimand is noted in an evaluation of his Air Force performance from Sept. 2, 1998, to Sept. 1, 1999, according to the presentence report.
