Supreme Court Upholds Illegal Immigration Law

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has upheld a lower court's decision that found the conroversial anti-illegal immigration law to be constitutional.

Rep. Randy Terrill, the author of House Bill 1804, said he was pleased with the court's ruling.

The law makes it illegal to transport illegal immigrants, creates state barriers to the hiring of illegals and requires proof of citizenship before receiving government benefits.
