Fallin Signs Prosecutor Firearms Law

Federal prosecutors can now carry a concealed firearm anywhere they go.

Governor Fallin has signed a bill allowing them to carry a firearm anywhere in the state.

The new law applies to any U.S. attorney or assistant U.S. attorney who has successfully completed a firearm training course that meets standards of  the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training.
