Jones Names Tinsley, Thomas To A&I Staff

Auditor & Inspector Gary Jones has named veteran auditor Steve Tinsley as Deputy State Auditor and named Diane Thomas, Comanche CPA, as Chief Financial Officer.

Tinsley, who has been retired, is a CPA with decades of experience who previously served in the same position.

Thomas most recently served as senior fiscal analyst for the House of Representatives. She's also been chief financial officer for the Centennial Commission and was a budget analyst for the Office of State Finance.
