Bipartisan House Panel To Probe Terrill

A special, bipartisan House investigative committee will determine whether Rep. Randy Terrill abused his office last year. House Speaker Kris Steele announced formation of the panel today.

Steele said the committee will have subpoena power. It could make recommendations for a full House vote on whether to exonerate, censure or expel Terrill, he added.
