Supreme Court List To Henry Today?

The Judicial Nominating Commission apparently will send a list of three candidates for the Supreme Court vacancy to Governor Henry late today.

If Henry proceeds to select a nominee from the list, as expected, it would be his sixth appointment to the court in his eight years as governor; that's a record number.

The Judicial Nominating Commission is scheduled to interview the 14 finalists today despite legal challenges. See story below.
