Justice Breyer Says Guns Should Be Regulated

From Fox News ~ U. S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer says that if you look at the values and the historical record, you will see that the Founding Fathers never intended guns to go unregulated,

Breyer's remarks came during an appearance on Fox News Sunday.

Breyer said history stands with those who believe the District of Columbia can impose whatever form of gun control it wishes. That flies in the face of the Court's 5-4 decision that found DC's gun ordinances were unconstitutional.
