Henry Adds To Oklahoma City Property

Governor and Mrs. Henry's property in northeast Oklahoma City has jumped more than $170,000 in value since they bought it last June, records of the Oklahoma County Assessor show, because they have purchased two adjoining lots and the three tracts are now combined.

The estate was purchased by the Henrys for $795,000 in mid-June. At the time, the fair market value of it, on the single lot, was listed by the assessor as $832,440, down from the $850,059 value of 2009.

The subsequent purchase of the two adjoining lots resulted in the increase in value of the home and three tracts to $1.03 million.
