Garrett's Final Budget: $381 Million Increase

By Megan Rolland/The Oklahoman ~ Oklahoma state schools Superintendent Sandy Garrett's final budget before she retires after 20 years asks for an increase of $381 million in state funding over this year's allocation.

The proposed budget requests an additional $139.5 million to make up for stimulus funds that won't be available next year.
