Cornett Names Steve Hill Chief Of Staff

Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett announced today his new chief of staff is former gubernatorial press secretary and radio host Steve Hill.

Cornett, a Republican, said Hill replaces longtime aide David Holt, elected to the State Senate.

Hill was press secretary to former Governor David Walters, a Democrat.

Hill is known as an FM radio personality and writer for several local publications. He's been a spokesman for the city of McKinney, Texas.
