Lankford Continues 5th District Fundraising Lead

Republican James Lankford continues to pace fundraising in the 5th District congressional race.

His campaign reports he raised $18,800 in reportable ($500 or more) donations yesterday, including donations from business employee and conservative special interest PACs. Making his first political race, Lankford has raised more than a million dollars.

His opponent, Democrat Billy Coyle, reported the receipt of $4,900, including $2,500 from an organized labor PAC. He's raised more than a quarter of a million dollars.

Independent Clark Duffe has not filed any reports, indicating he's not raised enough to pass the reporting threshold.
