Barresi's Manager: Paddack Should Pull Spots

Republican Janet Barresi's campaign manager has called on opponent Susan Paddack to pull from the airwaves commercials that Jennifer Carter says are slanderous.

Carter, Barresi's manager, said the Paddack campaign has been contacted and asked to pull the ads, which claim Barresi built charter students for "elite" children and that other children were booted from a location so a charter school could take it over.

Carter says that allegation is false because the location given is wrong.

The latest SoonerPoll puts Barresi ahead in the race, 44-34 percent.
