Jones, Burrage Square Off On The Verdict

Auditor & Inspector Steve Burrage faces his Republican opponent, forrmer GOP State Party Chairman Gary Jones, on The Verdict Sunday morning.

Jones, the GOP nominee for the post in 2002 and 2006, seeks to defeat Burrage, making his first campaign after being appointed by Governor Henry when former Auditor & Inspector Jeff McMahan went to prison.

 Jones is credited with exposing information and raising questions that fueled a federal probe into McMahan and his conviction on nine felony counts.

The show airs on Cox Channel 3 in Oklahoma City and Tulsa at 9 a.m. It repeats on Monday at 9:30 a.m., and on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
