Fallin Misses Key Adjournment Vote

Congresswoman Mary Fallin, campaigning for governor, missed a key vote in Congress on whether to adjourn.

The measure to adjourn passed both chambers despite protests.

In the House, it passed by one vote, Speaker Nancy Pelosi's, after 39 Democrats joined Republicans in voting no.

Democratic Congressman Dan Boren voted for the adjournment resolution. Tom Cole, R-Moore; Frank Lucas, R-Cheyenne; and John Sullivan, R-Tulsa, voted against it.
