Black Ministers Play The Race Card

When Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater filed a murder charge against pharmacist Jerome Erstland, he was accused of pandering to the black community. Now that he's successfully removed a black judge from the case, he's accused of being a racist.

Black ministers played the race card Friday during a news conference in which they refused to take questions about the judge's ethics and her conduct.
