NRA-PVF Goes Neutral In House District 100 Race

The National Rifle Association's Political Victory Fund has gone neutral in the race for the Republican nomination in House District 100, its website shows.

The race pits Elise Hall and David Looby in the runoff. Hall placed first in the primary with 47 percent; Looby had 33 percent.

In the 3-person primary, NRA-PVF endorsed Looby, giving him an "AQ" rating, or one based in part on his answers to a questionnaire. Hall was given an "A-" rating prior to completing her questionnaire; her rating has since been upgraded.

Now, Hall and Looby are both given "AQ" ratings and the NRA-PVF is neutral in the race.
