Holland Faces Claims Over Fee Challenge

From www.newsok.com ~ State Insurance Commissioner Kim Holland on Friday denied separate claims from a lawmaker and a political opponent that politics played a role in her legal challenge to a 1 percent fee charged on health care claims.

Senator Tom Adelson, D-Tulsa, and John Doak, Republican candidate for insurance commission, have called on Holland to disclose communications she had with the State Chamber and industry officials before filing a petition this week with the Oklahoma Supreme Court challenging House Bill 2437.
