Fallin Invites PAC And Association Directors, Lobbyists To Wednesday Campaign Briefing

Mary Fallin's campaign for the Republican nomination for governor has invited political action committee directors, association directors and lobbyists to a briefing tomorrow morning at 10 at the Oklahoma Dental Association's offices.

The main speaker will be Fallin's lead consultant and pollster, Ed Goeas of The Tarrance Group in Washington.

Campaign Manager Denise Northrup sent the invitation, writing that, "As a stakeholder in the process, you will play a vital role in moving Oklahoma forward next year with new leadership in the House, Senate and governor's office."

Fallin opponent Randy Brogdon's campaign, after reading this story, circulated an email critical of Fallin for meeting with lobbyists and the PAC administrators. The email, however, did not contain direct quotes from Brogdon or anyone else.
