Senate Approves Grocery Sales Tax Removal
The Senate today approved Senator Jay Paul Gumm's bill that would remove the sales tax on groceries once the state's economic condition improves.
The Senate voted 33-11 in favor of Senate Bill 1328, which now goes to the House.
