Balkman Joins Electric Vehicle Manufacturer

Former State Rep. Thad Balkman of Norman, who headed the 100 Ideas Initiative and worked in Mitt Romney's presidential campaign, has joined a California manufacturer of electric vehicles.

Balkman said he's joined Phoenix Motorcars, a firm that makes freeway speed, battery-powered electric vehicles.
