Wilson Issues National Political Assessment

Oklahoma City and Washington pollster Chris Wilson of Wilson Research Strategies has released his latest monthly compilation of polls in the 2008 presidential race.

Wilson's "National Political Environment Assessment" reports that among Democrats, Hillary Clinton is pulling away from Barack Obama, with John Edwards trailing. Among Republicans, Rudy Giuliani is ahead, with Fred Thompson second, John McCain third, Mitt Romney fourth and Mike Huckabee a distant fifth.
