Witnesses Testify Before Federal Grand Jury

From The Oklahoman ~ MUSKOGEE — Witnesses appearing Wednesday before the federal grand jury investigating former state Sen. Gene Stipe included one former public official who's now in prison and another who's headed there. Three people alleged to have been "straw donors” to political campaigns also testified.
