Democrat Says He'll Enter 5th District Contest

Oklahoma City attorney Billy Coyle says he'll announce Tuesday he's seeking the Democratic nomination for Congress in the 5th District. He will join Tom Guild in that quest.

Ivan Holmes, former Oklahoma Democratic Party chairman and political consultant, is handling Coyle's campaign.
