It's A Comeback Win To Nye For; Final Four Ahead

Down 15-2 and looking like a high school team playing an NBA team, the OU Lady Sooners were confronted by Coach Sherri Coale in a desperation time out.

"Let's just get on the bus now," Coale said.

No way, Amanda Thompson said as her teammates nodded. "Just tell us what to do."

Coale did.

The Sooners then charged into the Kentucky Wildcats and when the final whistle blew, it was an 88-68 rout of the Wildcats at Kansas City's Sprint Center, putting the Sooners in the NCAA Women's Tournament Final Four for a second straight year and cementing this year as one of Coale's finest as a coach and as one of remarkable accomplishment by a team that wasn't supposed to be this good.

Nyeshia Stevenson soared after Coale's exhortation; she logged 31 points and sliced her way through the Kentucky defense with ease.
