State Chamber Hosts Public Affairs Forum

From The State Chamber ~ The State Chamber of Oklahoma, in conjunction with the U.S. Chamber and the National Chamber Foundation, will host Governor Mary Fallin, members of the state legislature, and business leaders from across the Sooner State to highlight Oklahoma’s relative strength during the national recession, how its business climate has improved in 2011, and how it can be improved in 2012. 

Innovation, entrepreneurial infrastructure, access to capital, and taxation will be among the issues discussed as well as the health of the array of industries that span the state.

In addition to the Governor’s Roundtable, The State Chamber will hold its annual Legislative Leadership Panel, where the top House and Senate leaders will discuss the upcoming legislative session and tell more than 300 business leaders in attendance about the issues they anticipate tackling beginning in February. As a part of the panel, The State Chamber will also announce the annual recipients of their Guardians of Free Enterprise award.
