Cain Suspends Campaign, Still Plans OKC Trip

After consulting with his family, GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain today suspended his campaign amid swirling allegations of infidelity and sexual harassment — but calls these accusations false and declares that he is 'at peace' with his wife and with himself.

Cain still plans to attend an Oklahoma Republican Party event Monday evening in Oklahoma City, said Chairman Matt Pinnell: "While not a presidential candidate, Herman Cain is still committed to helping make Barack Obama a one term president, and we are thrilled that he will still be joining us as our guest speaker Monday night."

The "Victory 2012" Rally featuring Cain will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Oklahoma City Marriott at 3233 Northwest Expressway.
