Prosecutors Appeal Conspiracy Dismissal

Oklahoma County prosecutors say they will ask District Judge Ray Elliott to reinstate the conspiracy complaint against Rep. Randy Terrill of Moore and former Senator Debbe Leftwich.

Special Judge Stephen Alcorn ruled earlier this month that there is sufficient evidence to try Terrill and Leftwich for bribery but he ruled against  prosecutors' request that the two also be tried for conspiracy.
