Childers, Meador Face Off On Tuesday

Republican Greg Childers of Del City and Democrat Kenneth Meador of Moore face off tomorrow in the special election to fill the Senate District 43 seat vacated by Jim Reynolds, who was elected as Cleveland County's treasurer.

The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. in the district, which now covers some of Oklahoma and Cleveland counties. Under redistricting, it later will be changed to include parts of McClain, Garvin, Grady and Stephens counties.
