Ballard: Felt Pressure To Hire Leftwich

By Nolan Clay/The Oklahoman ~ An official at the medical examiner's office testified Monday about feeling pressure in 2010 from state Rep. Randy Terrill to hire a then-state senator to be the agency's new transition coordinator.

Ballard was the first witness at a four-day preliminary hearing for Terrill and former
Sen. Debbe Leftwich. The two are charged with bribery. They deny  wrongdoing.
