Brad Carson Opts Out Of 2nd District Race

Claremore attorney Brad Carson said today he won't seek the Democratic nomination for Congress in the 2nd District.

The former congressman had been among those mentioned following Congressman Dan Boren's recent announcement that he won't seek reelection.

Carson's announcement, via Facebook, focuses speculation on Kenneth Corn of Poteau, who was the party nominee for lieutenant governor last year.
