Trebilcock's Car Stolen Outside OKC Bar

From NewsRadio 1000 KTOK ~ ...Broken Arrow State Representative John Trebilcock (is trying) to explain how his car with a State House H98 license plate on it was swiped while he was in an Oklahoma City bar.

Trebilcock reported his 2006 Toyota 4-Runner was stolen the night of April 11th while he was inside the Nancy's Lighthouse Club, 5708 North May avenue.

He told police he and friends stopped at the bar about 11:30 that Monday night and when he came out nearly 2 and a half hours later, his SUV was gone.

Trebilcock is the same legislator who was arrested on a DUI charge in 2007 in Tulsa. At the time, he contended he smelled of alcohol because he had kissed a girl who had been drinking alcohol.

Representative Trebilcock authored a 2005 law that requires those convicted of a second D-U-I offense to install ignition interlocking alcohol-detection devices on their vehicles before they can get their driver's licenses returned.
