Stiles Suggests Education Board Visitation

Rep. Aaron Stiles
There may be a surprise for the members of the Board of Education when next it meets.

Seventy members of the House in attendance.

That's the suggestion today in a social network message by Rep. Aaron Stiles, who writes he'd like to see every GOP House member attend the meeting.

GOP legislators have been outspoken in their condemnation of the Board following its contentious first meeting with Schools Superintendent Janet Barresi. That meeting has prompted editorial criticism of members Tim Gilpin of Tulsa and Herb Rozell of Tahlequah.
