Fallin Avoids Position On Earmark Moratorium
Jim Myers of the Tulsa World reports today that Congresswoman and Governor-elect Mary Fallin, who supported the House Republican earmark moratorium earlier this year, declined to pick a side in a sometimes contentious debate over whether that temporary ban should be extended or even made permanent."
"Fallin also left unanswered questions concerning what role she wants her administration and state agencies to play in that process in the future," Myers writes.
"Alex Weintz, Fallin's director of communications, said the governor-elect was unavailable for an interview on the issues because of her busy schedule."
