Askins, Fallin Each Hit $3.9 Million Mark

The two candidates for governor, Jari Askins and Mary Fallin, have hit the $3.9 million mark in campaign funds, their new Ethics Commission reports show.

Askins hit that sum by donating $350,000 more of her own money in the reporting period; that puts her total investment in her campaign at more than $1.125 million.

Askins raised $1.5 million in the period, while Fallin raised $1 million.
