Kennth Corn Tops Todd Lamb In TMRO Poll

Democrat Kenneth Corn topped Republican Todd Lamb in The McCarville Report Online's weekend poll measuring perceptions of the lieutenant governor's race.

Corn, term-limited member of the Senate and former House member, had 54 percent to 44 percent for Lamb, a member of the GOP Senate leadership making his first statewide race. Three percent said they are undecided.

The results are flipped from a December TMRO poll of the race; then, it was Lamb at 50 percent, Corn at 44 percent. Lamb's primary opponent, John Wright, was included in that poll.

There's nothing scientific about our polls and there's no attempt to predict an eventual winner. The goal is simply to measure sentiment at a given time in a specific audience.
